Licensing and Permission

Thank you for showing your interest in my work. All rights to publish, display, distribute, transmit, or otherwise "use" my photography must be acquired prior to any use.

Contact me directly via email (bartkowskikayla@gmail.com) and provide the following:

  • Include a URL link to the work you’re interested in

  • Describe how you wish to publish or otherwise use the image. The more information I have, the easier it is for me to provide a quick quote for you.

WHY YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION
With increases in platforms needing photos and videos, there has been a dramatic increase in copyright infringement, leading to a prevalence of unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Obtaining a license to use a photographer's work is required by US Copyright law, except under a few, restricted circumstances. If you wish to legally publish someone’s work without the potential issue of infringement, you must obtain permission. My photography is copyright-protected.

Thank you again for your interest. I want to fulfill the licensee's requests, so please reach out if I can be of any help!
